At Adapting Fist Kung Fu we offer an amazing Tai Chi Class! Students are taught the traditional Yang Style 24 Movement Tai Chi form along with gentle yoga stretches to warm up and Qigong (energy moving) exercises to connect your mind and body.
Tai Chi practice is low impact exercise that delivers high quality results. Practitioners of Tai Chi learn to combine the graceful postures of the form with soothing breathing techniques that will relax and recharge you at the same time.
